I interviewed at Robinson Engineering (South Holland, IL)
Interview
Interview process was simple. Talked about my college experience thus far and they asked about the other experiences on my resume. Short interview and the interviewers were kind. Got to walk around the office.
I applied online. I interviewed at Robinson Engineering
Interview
I was very well qualified for the position. I actually never made it to an interview because the first communication I received from them was from their HR person trying to lowball me on pay before I even had an interview. This was incredibly unprofessional. I had know way of knowing what benefits they offered or what the total compensation would be, nor did they know what they were bargaining for. For the record, I have the necessary certifications, and I come with advanced electrical troubleshooting skills. (Motor controls for pumps, etc.) I do not usually leave reviews for anything, but the lack of professionalism just left a bad taste in my mouth.
