I had a recruiter call and then a phone coding interview. The interviewer had no feedback, no actual understanding of the problem being asked, and just wanted to see if the test cases were passing.

I had a phone interview for a bit talking about my background and what I was looking for (why Robinhood, salary expectations, etc) -- recruiter was solid. I was passed after the tech screening which was an hour and they provided a whole PDF of what I should review and what to expect -- it was a good question (design a poor-man's version of something we already do) I'm not sure exactly what I did that would've made me a poor candidate for the next rounds, but overall it was pretty relaxed. Tech screener was a little bland and disengaged, but it was a positive experience.
