I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was a two step process. I met with the hiring manager first for about an hour going over my background and experience as well as what the job entailed. The second step was several hours spent sitting in the bullpen and getting a feel for a typical day in the position and meeting with the team. I also met with a member of senior management and discussed the position further.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you handled a difficult situation with a customer and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Long and extensive, they make you go into the office and shadow (unpaid) other employees for over an hour across multiple days. They did not give any follow-up on the interview process whatsoever. Overall, very unprofessional, especially coming from the "largest staffing agency" in the USA. Do not waste your time, they do not hold any consideration for candidates. The lack of follow-up is a spit in the face, and they should improve their interview process. I am disappointed I wasted so much time/energy on these inconsiderate people.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Not difficult but just wanted to make sure my experience was a good fit for the position. Everyone was super nice and made for an easy process.

Why are you interested in this role? Why Robert Half?
it was quick and easy. all happened at branch level. whole process only lasted about a week. I initially spoke to a recruiter then the branch manager and then the regional manager.
