Straight forward - 2 interviews with Division Director and Branch Manager. Went through resume asked specific questions. Did a job shadow for the day. Long time ago, back in 2008 - may have changed since then.

Interview
It was a quick process. I got a call from the manager and she did the initial screening on the spot. Afterwards, I had 2 interviews setup with two different managers. They offered me the job and the whole process took about 3 days in total.
