Got a phone call from a recruiter for a temporary position. Behavioral questions about your interests and tell us more about yourself. Some questions are about what is written in your resume and experiences are very important.

What are your future goals in life? Tell me a situation where you have a problem that needs to be resolved right away.
Very friendly, detailed and straightforward. Ask questions and gave information on the job to make a very informative decision. There was no pressure and everything was layer out as far the position was concerned, no surprises.

What in particular was I looking for in the position
Video call from home to detail skill sets and link up with clients. After going over skills was presented with jobs offers and had phone interview with client then in person interview.
The interview was very easy. The process was very laidback. Since they’re a staffing agency they just want to know your experience in order to find the best fit for you.
