Interview
The initial conversation with one of their recruiters was positive and the information provided was detailed. It all fell apart when I arrived and found the recruiter was out sick. After a full week of no contact I called and got the, "Sure, got your file right here, let me look it over and get back to you."
Do I need say how that went?
I've no problem with "No", we have all heard it. But I expected better from a company with Robert Half's reputation.

They will ask questions concerning your work experience and all other questions pertaining the qualifications of the job. They interviewed me through phone and video. They may ask some personal questions if they feel the need to.

During the interview, there were a lot of what if questions, and what would in certain situations type questions....It was more calm and relaxing, Not to stressful. More of a get to know each other and each other's work styles during that time

I had to simulate a few example situations such as
Imagine a caller has trouble understanding what you are trying to explain to him. What do you do to help him understand you?
If a customer calls saying his computer won't boot, how will you troubleshoot it?
If someone finds that their Internet connectivity is down, how would you fix the problem?
