I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Jul 2011
Interview
I met with The Creative Group recruiter to discuss a contract position. The Creative Group offers access to training for prospective employees who they send on an interview. I met with the client a few days later for a panel interview. We discussed the job and the panel asked questions about how I handled various scenarios in the past. I was willing to accept the position if offered, but at a higher rate. The recruiting manager stated the job was on hold.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where you were asked to complete a task in a shirt amount of time.
Great interview, a few basic questions about personality, experience, and goals. I had a good overall time during the interview and was comfortable answering open and honestly about the experience that I was given prior to accepting the position.

Interview
Upon arriving to interview, I was asked to complete a pretty hefty stack of forms. Most were standard accept a form waiving rights to obtain legal representation if you should have an employment dispute with the Creative Group. I along with a few other applicants in the reception area, had many questions about this form and was not comfortable signing.
The receptionist was very professional but did not feel comfortable addressing our questions. It seemed a bit slimy the way the form was worded. Someone not reading thoroughly could have easily signed away their rights.
After completing the forms I waited over an hour for my recruiter to call me back for the interview. The recruiter did not apologize for having me wait which seemed unprofessional.
Once the interview was underway everything flowed fine.
