I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had one phone screen with two regional managers for different industries. I was invited to meet both managers on site and was later given the option to decide what team I wanted to work for. The process was shady from the start. This company has some of the best sales people in the business and can manipulate one into thinking this is a job it very well is not. Caution
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
The process was streamlined, friendly, and professional. They knew what they were looking for and were communicative with me throughout the process. I appreciated the transparency and the purposeful way interviewing was conducted.
