The interview process was laughable. The interviews were conducted in 5-7 mins duration and they immediately informed if the candidate is moving to the next round. Two technical, 1 manger round and HR round.
It seemed that the interview panel just brush up their memory a night before the scheduled interview and ask only those questions that they prepared. I had 5yrs experience and yet not a single conceptual questions asked. One question was- how DTP is debugged? I couldn't remember one of options and asked the interviewer if he can remind me the other option. He laughed and said "Display generated program". I immediately knew that he memorized it and so requested him to tell me how to go to that option. He couldn't answer :D . Then i smiled at him and he replied (angrily), "i am not here to answer your questions."
This seems to be the same scenario for all the other candidates as well. I inquired from friends and found that this is how interviews happen in Robert Bosch. Only luck matters since even a core technical person cannot memorize all the thousand of options in SAP system as technical people know more on concepts rather than memorizing all the infinite buttons in any SAP screen.
Don't waste your time in such interviews.
Needless to say, I didnt clear (luckily) . :D
Do not join IT division of Robert Bosch.
