First there was a rather informal interview with the superior. It was framed as "getting to know each other" and stating questions about the job. The general layout of the team and organisation was presented and what the job would be all about. We also went a little bit into the details.

I got call for above position. Interview is very nice. They asked project scenario. I've explained bit and technical exposure. Next they asked about dot net programming. Around 3 hours discussion happened. Also some questions related to project management, skills etc
