I was contacted by my school's career center. They brought me in for an interview and I sat down with the two other members of the team. The asked me some general questions but spent the majority of the time describing the role. Then they took me around the plant and showed me what projects I could be working on.

Interview
Just a quick and short interview; the whole application process fast and responsive; only one round phone interview; only ask for four or five question. All question is straight forward and direct
Won't feel stress and takes up to one hour for the interview, interviewer will share the job scope during interview and makes the interview like normal conversation, Everything is great and I get the offer after two days of the interview.
