It is a two step interview process where the first one discusses their expectations and your expectations as well as discussing a writing sample. The second step involves researching a case study.
CV + OA round, HR round and then one technical round where various stuff is asked based on the team you applied to (from regression theory to brainteasers to research based questions)
One on one interview with an analyst, involving in-depth questions about skills, experiences and understanding of investment, then panel interview with other analysts on the team. Interviewers are very nice.
