I have an initial call with the Recruiter (~20-30 min), second call with the hiring manager (about 45 min) then the third interview consisted of 5 45-minute zoom interviews back to back with varying members of the company. Some in a similar role, others on different team, etc. I heard from the team the following day with a verbal offer followed by a formal offer that evening. Initial call/pace was slower but once I was through the second interview, things speed up. Overall - I interviewed and received an over in about 3 weeks time.

The entire application/interview process is driving away talent and desperately needs a facelift. Lackluster, no insight in what day-to-day looks like, no feedback, no "second look" to hiring managers to consider candidates - just scrolling through applications and LI profiles like it's some dating app doesn't quite cut it to recruit talent in this space. It's a bad look for this kind of company.
