Ghosted- I had a phone interview scheduled, that the interviewer canceled at the last minute, and after several follow ups, I never received a response. Given that this is a startup company and understandable that leaner staff may affect response time, complete lack of response leaves a bad impression for me not only as a potential candidate, but also as a potential customer or client.
