Interview
Arrived at the building and checked in with security who had to grant my access to the correct floor. Exited the elevator and approached the front desk. Advised the receptionist of my interview meeting and was asked to have a seat. Approximately fifteen minutes later a friendly young woman called my name and asked me to follow her into an office for my interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Road America Motor Club (Miami, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and was called by a HR rep for pre-screening. She scheduled me for and interview right away. I was interviewed by a supervisor, some of the questions asked are pretty basic. If you basic customer service skills and have a bit of common sense you'll get through. After the interview I took a personality test and typing test.

Interview
I had to take a test on the computer, then I was interviewed the same day by a manager. There was a typing test, which measured how many words you can type per minute and the accuracy of how well you type. My results were printed out and I was asked a few questions before I was escorted to a room to be interviewed more thoroughly by a manager.
