Interview
The interview process contained five stages: call with hr, call with team lead, live coding (not Leetcode problem, pretty good problem which can be transformed to a harder level a few times according to your success), system design (kinda) and interview with a manager. Average difficulty. Nothing fancy, overall straight forward process. All interviewers were kind and fully prepared, and no one had been late. The main problem is final feedback. After all stages, I expected everything but ghosting. Feedback was requested few times after the last stage with intervals in a week or so, but it was senseless. It's a vivid example of how the company values candidates' time.
A few rounds of interviews, consisting of hr interview, engineering manager interview, two technical interviews and behavioural interview. Technical interviews were live coding and a system design interview. Interviews in general were pretty nice and smooth, interviewers were cool and relaxed.

(1h) Onsite: 1 - Coding interview, algorithms and DS (1h) 2 - Architecture (1h) 3 - Behavioural interview (1h) 4 - Behavioural and culture fit (1h) Got ghosted for 3 weeks by the recruiters after the onsite and eventually received no offer email.
