I was given an online code challenge, followed by another code challenge with an interviewer - but live. It didn’t work out in the end, which is fine - but the part that was unfortunate was that my recruiter was fast and active about literally everything - except telling me that they weren’t going with me. It's fine, it didn't work out - but I had to text, and email, asking for this result myself after a week of nothing. If I didn’t reach out, I’m 100% convinced they weren’t going to let me know.
