Interview
It was a fairly straight forward process. I applied online, after which I got called for an interview in store. It started of with a group interview, followed by a group assessment where you had to put together an outfit with 2/3 other people who were interviewing too and lastly a one to one interview where you were asked competency based questions

Interview
Quick interview, only a handful of questions. Ensure you research the company as they asked questions on what I knew about them. Wear smart, formal clothing. Be able to explain why you applied for the role and how you are suitable.
Group interview. A group questioning followed by a role play where we were split into pairs and had to 'upsell' items to our partners. As a group we then fed back what outfits and items we had managed to sell, and we all gave feedback on our opinions and experiences with our partners.
