Interview
The first round of interview was over the phone and asked basic situational/behavioural interview questions. The interview went alright except for the end when I inquired about growth opportunities down the road within the company they came back and said right now we're focused on this role. It's a standard question especially considering this was for a 3-month contract role. Didn't get a good vibe and declined the second round of interview when offered.

Interview
I had a great experience with the interview process at Ritual. There were a total of two interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter and lasted about 20-25 minutes, primarily because I had many questions, which they patiently answered. The second interview was with the VP of Sales and took around 10-15 minutes. Overall, the process was efficient and professional.
Accommodating interview process. Interviewed before COVID so not sure how thing may have changed now. Three interviews total before offer and each one tested something new. Technical job skills, values fit, and final manager interview.

- Fairly simple interview process
- role play was involved so make sure you are prepared for this going into the interviews
- They are looking for candidates who are accustomed to being in high volume sales roles
