Applied for a position while working as a Staff Pharmacist. Met with the Pharmacy District Manager in his office at Corporate. He asked why would I fit this position, my supervising experience and if I worked in a high volume area. Also, he asked if I can train technicians and pharmacists.

I never interviewed for the position of Pharmacy Manager but was promoted from within. Hired originally as a pharmacy intern then promoted to staff pharmacist and then to pharmacy manager.
