I first met with the store manager and when she was sure she wanted to hire my as the assistant manager, I then met with the district manager. The interview process was pretty simple.

After going through all the steps to get a in person interview, no one even knew I was coming in for the interview. Then once tracking down an interviewer, they canceled less than an hour before the scheduled appointment.
