Basically all the manager wants to know is your availability. They'll want to know how soon you can start because you're another one of the many faces that has come through to apply in the last year, and one of the many faces who will probably quit.
I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.

Only one interview was conducted, with the store manager. Drug test and background check were required. Standard interview questions--nothing complex, no logic or math assessments were required to be completed.

Simple and easy. Average, typical interview questions. very casual and comfortable. Met with the regional manager and answered 4-5 questions. discussed availability and expected job duties and responsibilities as well as pay.
