I applied online, and got a reply from the founder with a simple test set. The test has no time limit, just asking to write down a start and finish time. I submitted the test almost immediately on the day that I received the email. Two days later, the founder emailed me saying that he wanted to have an interview with me, and proposed several time slots. But the weird thing is that he asked me to call him at his number. This looks so bad and arrogant.
