I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Risk Control
Interview
There were three steps to the interview: an initial chat (mostly about motivation and past experiences), a simple math and programming test ( an hour each) and a final 1.5 hrs interview (questions related to statistics, optimization and past work). I never heard back from them after the final interview which I think was unprofessional.
It was more like HR interview in first step, the questions were simple like about previous experience and why you want to take this position plus some technical questions. Overall it was alright.

Question 1
How do you think your skills match this job requirement?
I applied online. I interviewed at Risk Control (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Stage 1: 20 minutes interview with one of the director. Questions about my background and motivations. It was just a first contact and the director told me I was going to be invited to a maths and coding test to do on premises (during COVID period...)
They have never contacted me again after that. I have tried to contact them several time by email the following weeks but no one took the time to answer me and update me about the process.
I would not lose my time interviewing with them if I would have known how poorly they treat the candidates.
Avoid interviewing with them!
We regret this candidate was disappointed in our evaluation of his application. We cannot accelerate the evaluation process to fit the needs of one applicant.
