I was initially excited about interviewing with Rise at Seven, as the company works with well-known clients and offers interesting services. However, my interview experience was disappointing and raised several concerns. Communication throughout the process felt disorganised, with long delays between responses and little follow-up after interviews. I also felt that reasonable adjustments to support candidates during the interview process were not adequately considered, which made participation more difficult than it needed to be. During the interview itself, it didn’t always seem like my CV or experience had been fully reviewed beforehand, which made the conversation feel rushed and somewhat impersonal. Overall, the experience came across as lacking professionalism and candidate care. Given the company’s reputation and client portfolio, this was surprising. I would encourage prospective candidates to read through all the reviews carefully before committing significant time to interviewing with this company.
