Rise Up (France) interview questions

Le processus s'est bien déroulé, comme la plupart des processus d'embauche, cela prend du temps (2 mois). L'ensemble du processus contient 5 étapes, plusieurs échanges avec différentes personnes. Une fois l'offre, j'ai accepté et j'ai commencé deux semaines plus tard.

The interview felt awkward and impersonal. I participated in an interview process that included multiple stages. It took approximately three weeks to reach a second interview. During the interview, questions were asked in an unstructured format with limited follow-up. After the interview, the position was filled. No detailed feedback was provided following the decision. The outcome was communicated over the weekend.
