I got referred from a current employee.
The process included an assignment that needed to be completed in 72 hours.
It took me 3 full days to manage to complete the assignment - so need to be prepared for that.
The assignment included preparing a QBR to a client using data that was attached.
After sending in the presentation, I was invited to present it to the management team and answer hard questions that referred to the data.
I had another 1-1 with management team & HR.
The process was very focused, professional and personal - you can see that the recruiting team are searching for a combination of interests and skills.
The recruiters were very responsive in each level on the process.
