1. Phone Screening with the hiring manager was fine. Pretty straight forward. They communicated through text which was a little different from my experience.
2. Training Lead in person interview. Very relaxed and welcoming. Not super formal.
3. VP of Operations final in person interview was strange. He didn't know answers to several questions I asked and would instead turn them on me to answer? Felt like he was unprepared or didn't really care. He also stated that the knowledge/experience you gain from working at Rise is worth more than your paycheck. Felt like a bargaining tool for a lower salary. The answers he did give were rather unsatisfactory. Vague, wordy.
I didn't get an offer anyway so maybe that's why he was this way, but it felt like he didn't want to be there from the beginning. They also sent me a no-reply generic rejection email after 3 interviews. Thought that was rather disrespectful.
