The interviews included a phone screen with recruiter, followed by an interview and mock sales call with a Sales Development Manager. They were encouraging and patient and offered good feedback.
This was one of the fastest yet most enjoyable interviewing processes that I underwent. The feedback between the steps was almost immediate and always constructive and helpful. The communication with HR stood out.

Interview
The process was not fully aligned, and it wasn’t clear what type of interview was actually scheduled or what to expect. There seemed to be a miscommunication between HR and the external recruiter, and as a result, I, as the candidate, wasn’t given accurate information.
While we all understood this would be an HR interview, it turned out to be a technical interview with the hiring manager, where I was asked multiple in-depth, technical questions — without any prior preparation or context.
