Interview process was pretty standard. I started with a qualifying call with someone in, I assumed HR. From there, I did have someone from HR work with me directly to guide me through the interview process with the SDR team. I met with a manager and the director of IB sales. It was casual and comfortable. I was able to tell them about my work experience, learn more about the company and the growth the company offers. I ended up getting the offer which I was happy to hear. The HR person I was working with said I had great feedback from everyone who interviewed me as well, so it was great to hear they communicate to HR who they want to hire.
