They took a long time to respond and set-up the one interview that I had. There were multiple people involved with numerous questions. Somewhat organized but long-winded questions to answer. It was held in an outdated room that was not like and office but a student lounge.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ripon College (Ripon, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
First was a phone interview about basic personal information, and was then followed by a two-day on campus interview. Interacted with faculty and students of the department and the dean. Spend about 30 min with each faculty member. They asked very standard questions, such as previous work experience, how will contribute to the department and the school, why choose this college. etc. Had one breakfast and one lunch in the dining commons with students, and two dinners with faculty members.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ripon College (Ripon, WI) in Feb 2013
Interview
Really simple, didn't take more than an hour. Hiring manager was thoughtful and considerate to any questions I had. Was straightforward with expectations and what was desired of me as an employee.
