Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn. Process took 4 months partially due to the holidays slowing things down. A couple phone calls with the recruiter. Two phone interviews with members of the team. Then a full day of in person interviews followed by two more phone interviews.

Interview
Really cared about my design process and wanted to ensure I could have deep conversations about game design. A lot of the interview was also about how I felt about the company philosophies which I felt was actually very genuine.

during the behavioral phone call, it was mostly recruiter explaining what the internship is and what the experience at riot is like they asked about past internship experience and what i learned from it
