I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games (Santa Monica, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
The recruiters were great, they provided helpful tips. The process took several weeks from initial contact to on-site interview. The people were great and the culture sounded awesome. I didn't get the offer (I was fine with this, it's important to find the right people) however, their final assessment as to why made little sense.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games in Jun 2015
Interview
I was contacted through one of my professional online profiles by a recruiter and was asked if I was interested in talking to them about working there. I sent him my resume and we had a 45 minute phone screen together a couple of days later. The recruiter was very pleasant and listened well and ask about my different experiences over my career. He thought there might be a couple of different opportunities at Riot that I would fit in.
After about a week I was asked if I could do a phone interview with the Director, which we did the following week. The Director was very pleasant as well, asking straight forward questions and provided good responses to my questions as well. That call was about 50-60 minutes long.
