I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rio Tinto (Melbourne) in Jul 2018
Interview
first, it was a gamification of a personal test to know if you fit in the organization
second, it was a video interview with easy and general questions (tell me when you have shown leadership, tell how did you solve a difficult situation, etc) all general.
Next one was a online assessment
And I didn't pass the last one

Question 1
tell me when you have shown leadership, tell how did you solve a difficult situation, etc. And the previous gamified personal test
The interview took place in a modern conference room with large windows overlooking the city. The interviewer, greeted me warmly and began by asking about my previous experience in digital marketing. We discussed various campaigns I had managed, focusing on strategies and outcomes. There were a few situational questions where I had to explain how I handled challenges and conflicts in past projects. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and I felt confident discussing my skills and achievements. The interview concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions about the company’s future projects and team dynamics.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rio Tinto (Perth, Western Australia) in Apr 2024
Interview
Wasn't able do the online test because I applied and did the test last year. And the test result seems to last for one year. It is ridiculous that they think your skills won't change over a year
