The recruiter asked me all sorts of questions regarding my customer service experience and my ability to speak to customers. I then was asked questions about technology and trouble shooting. Once all questions were answered I was offered the job.

It was a well organized thorough interview. The questions weren't always easy but well needed. I felt like the interviewer was diligent in her process. She made me want to be apart of the team and, allowed me to see the process and how things operated in the company.
