The overall interview process was straightforward. Interview with the district manager and a technical manager. After passing the interview, they give you a writing assessment assignment to complete. After completing the assignment, telephone interview with upper management.

They mostly discussed what the job requirements and expectations are.
Mostly short technical questions, just asking if I have general familiarity with a subject. No STAR or behavioral interview questions, and no case studies where I actually had to do any work or logic explaining.
Before the interview, I was asked to submit an original writing sample demonstrating my critical thinking, data analysis, and storytelling abilities. The interview itself lasted approximately 45 minutes and was conducted by two interviewers. Overall, the questions were straightforward and not particularly challenging.
