3 separate interviews all in one day as well as a shadow opportunity. It can be mentally fatiguing so be prepared to answer rapid questions with three different people and then again throughout the day. Department seems to understand the field, questions however are targeted to hospital RT assuming you’ve worked with co-workers. Majority of us are 1099 community based so this doesn’t apply very well.

The 2 people who interviewed me were very nice and easy to talk to. They asked some great questions and I really had to think on my feet for some of them. Overall, it was a very fair interview and I got the job!
