Phone interview followed by in-person interview. I met with 4 different people, the hiring supervisor, the department's VP, one support staff, and one peer to the position. After I was asked to take the Predictive Index® survey.

Zoom interview and phone conversation to go over interest in position and demands that are included. Very thorough in questioning skillset and needs for new role. Very quick in decision making and communicating results of position search.
