I was contacted for an initial virtual interview with a recruiter. She came into the call and asked what my name was and what role I was applying for. She then was searching for my resume. Very straightforward questions, but she spent the last 10 minutes discussing the company in great detail and left no time for questions I had. The call ended with next steps that I would hear about my candidacy in about a week. This was over a month ago and have been completely ghosted.
