Interview
Fairly casual interview process. If you make it through the phone interview you do have to meet with other employees who will assess your skill set. They do do a thorough background check. Must be a US citizen.

Many questions on how you do things in your area of expertise. Some red herrings are thrown in the mix to see if you know your stuff.
