Totally 4 rounds and it might take around 1 and half month 1st: PI Assessment 2nd: Interview with team 3rd: Interview with line manager and HR 4th: interview with the director

The IQ tests are pretty irrelevant and useless for experienced candidates who are already doing a larger job in companies far bigger than them. Imagine not being able to pass the test but already being an experience person in that job.
