Interview
Started out over the phone with an agency. Then met with the hiring manager at Ricoh. He was very nice and patient enough to let me process the questions. Both agency and Ricoh were very transparent. I was updated all through the stages without being left in the dark.

The questions were basic Windows OS, MS Office and Lotus Notes troubleshooting steps. Then a couple of questions on dealing with customers - basic customer service skills. Also had a couple of personality questions such as; What is your greatest weakness? (Paraphrased)
