Interview process took some time. Mostly with sales people without backgrounds in Pizza, which I found to be very strange. Seems to me there is an underlining misunderstanding that Pizza is easy judging by some of the conversations throughout the process. Overall the teams did come across enthusiastic, but not tenured in the industry. No one from the technical teams.
