Richardson Wealth interview questions

The interview was a great experience for me. It was more like a casual conversation to get to know each other better rather than a behavioral or a technical interview.

During the screening call with HR in Sep.2023, she asked me why I wanted to work for Richardson Wealth. After that, I received an invitation for a meeting with the hiring manager. The meeting with the hiring manager lasted over an hour. I asked him when I should expect a response, and he mentioned that I would hear from him within a week. However, I never received a reply and was essentially ghosted.
