The interview process was disorganized and unclear. Interviews 1 & 2 were short and sweet (virtual). Then I was required to take a personality test (DISC) without any explanation for how it relates to the job. I would also like to add that the results of that personality test did not come close to depicting my actual personality.
Then there was a skills test with a fairly high time commitment, but I was never provided any feedback. I was then asked to present on the skills test (with no instructions for what that meant) in a final in-person interview, which became the 2nd to last interview. I prepared for a presentation for interview 3, and was not asked to present. A 4th interview was scheduled, but the requirements for that presentation were changed to presenting on a 30+ page deck on one of their properties without any additional information or context about the content of the slides.
Questions answered by leadership about the role are vague and abstract, I suspect, because they don't have a clear definition of what they are actually looking for in the role.
My feedback to leadership & HR is to establish more defined interview processes & criteria before wasting dozens of hours of qualified candidates' time.
