Interview
Lengthy and Disorganized Hiring Process
I interviewed for an Office Administrator role and went through four rounds of interviews, including meetings with multiple founders and team members. While everyone I spoke with was friendly and complimentary of my background and experience, the overall hiring process became increasingly prolonged and disorganized.
There were multiple delays and shifting timelines regarding when decisions would be made, and communication throughout the final stages lacked consistency. After several weeks and significant time invested across interviews and follow-ups, I was ultimately informed they had decided to move forward with another candidate.
I understand companies need to make careful hiring decisions, but candidates are also investing substantial time and energy into these processes. More transparency, better communication, and a more streamlined interview timeline would greatly improve the candidate experience.
Pros:
Friendly interviewers and positive conversations throughout the process. At least I thought it was real.
Cons:
Excessive number of interview rounds, repeated delays, and slow communication regarding final decisions.
Run don’t walk in the complete opposite direction from this company.
