Very simple. Just a little longer than I would have liked it to be. Initially you complete an assessment that is pretty long. Wonderlic assessment. If you pass that then a recruiter will reach out and this will be a virtual interview. After that I met with a supervisor and then a week later met with the departments director. Very easy going conversations just telling you about the role and getting to know the candidate. After the director I met with the vice president and he asked a few generic interview questions and a little about your background. All in all very easy going. There is a drug screening in which they’ll perform on site. It’s an oral swab and they’ll screen for everything including tobacco.
