Multiple interviews with different people in recruiting. They have you take a test on a computer to see if your personality falls into the spectrum of "works hard and easy to control"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly generic questions that have nothing to do with the position being applied for but what the company can get out of you, i.e. "Where do you see yourself in five years?"
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.
