I applied through a website more focused on hiring new grads (but I am experienced). It's an entry level position and they are advertising the (awesome) benefits you get in this role. I sent an email as per their post and after 12 days received an email from them asking me to complete a (very long and time consuming mostly timed all life aspects questions only geniuses people can get it all right) I was really shocked by how long this assessment is. And the math problems are just ridiculous. I understand using this method to screen applicants BUT USE IT WHEN ITS RELEVANT TO THE POSITION! DO NOT HUMILIATE ALL APPLICANTS!
I skipped most of the math problems (the last section). I got frustrated during the test because using this method really reflects the company culture. I think that this company uses these stupid tests to eliminate candidates without really know their qualifications and experiences. very disappointed. Unless you are a rocket science don't bother wasting your time. This is one of the most dehumanizing experiences I went through. (ALTHOUGH I AM USED TO DOING ASSESSMENT TESTS IN COMPANIES) but it never bothered me before like the ones I took for Reynolds and Reynolds.
