A whirlwind of testing (both smarts and personality), HR interview, manager interview. The whole process took about 3 weeks, but was well worth it to ensure a good fit. As a private company, they take their testing very seriously. Drug test standard, as well as random testing. They are willing to interview people from outside of their industry.

A very difficult wondelick test. If it he the test isn’t passed you won’t progress to the interview phase of the hiring process. The test is 12 minutes to answer 40 questions correctly.

Phone interview asking general questions. They said they would forward it to the manager of the team, and then radio silence. They continued to email back as if progress was being made and my application was still being considered, asking for documents and such. Then ghosted me.
